I don't understand... What is this?!

Kanon was back stage and getting ready to go out onto the floor. One of the girls popped in to tell him he was requested by some girls. So he went out and there he was again....how did he keep running into Miku?

"Kanon-san. We want lap dances~ You're the only one that does them right and you are absolutely the hottest one here." Kanon smiled at them like he knew he should...he was saving Miku for last though. That one was very cute. He gave each girl a lap dance and earned about 20 bucks each...it was 20 per dance...and the girl next to him told him that when he finished with her.

"His is on the house." He came over to him and moved easily into his lap. His body moved slowly and very sensual. He wanted him to remember this. Kanon's wings came out and wrapped around Miku as he continued his dance, but their lips made contact once more...and it was like an electric shock. Funny how something could do that after so long.

[b]"Miku you like whore! Kanon rarely takes his wings out!"[/i] The other girls were surprised, jealous, and happy all at once. Miku was lucky for sure.

Miku watched Kanon as he moved into the room, he was completely entranced by his movements... and just a tiny bit jealous of the other girls. But he was making his way down and was more than ready to pay for Kanon's work when, "His is on the house." Confused, he watched as Kanon moved gracefully to his lap and move against him... This dance was different his wings wrapping around them... told him... that.

The blonde happily accepted the kiss and moved to where he could better return it, and those beautiful gray wings were blocking everything... Except his friends giggling voices and teasing. He blushed, but he didn't want to stop kissing him... It was so nice... but he could hear one of the girls moving to investigate and pulled away from Kanon. The blush was still there, but that could have been for a number of things. But now he really wanted to talk to Kanon... in private.

"Miku-kun~ What are you doing back there~?" The lap dance had gone on longer than theirs, this called for much teasing.

Kanon smiled and pulled away. His wings retracted back into his back and he stood up. "I gave him a hand job. He's rather big too...Meet me after work." He winked and got up, leaving them to ask and beg Miku for answers he didn't have. It was rather adorable to see that blush but Kanon needed to get his drugs into his system and fast...he went to the back room and shot up the last of the heroine he had with him. He'd have to get more by the end of the week...oh well. He'd have his money by then.

Not only did Kanon make him blush even darker, but he left him there with a bunch of girls that wanted answers and some even wanted to see if it were true. Miku was a stuttering mess and he really couldn't answer anyone... but he was meeting Kanon later. Meeting the other was all he wanted... and to get away from these questions! Standing he moved to the dancing area with his new found fan club in tow... The girl that had brought them all requested some music and they all pulled Miku to the floor and danced around him, and he oddly couldn't find a reason not to dance... The music was good, and he was in a fantastic mood.

After a few hours of dancing and watching his friends drink, he made sure they all had safe ways home and went to find Kanon, who was conveniently clock out by the bar. Smiling he walked over to him and glared playfully, "Thanks for the new fan club, now I'll never get a moments peace..." Leaning on the counter he looked up to Kanon, it was too easy to tell he really didn't belong in this kind of scene, "So you wanted to meet me?"

"I did actually. Those girls have been coming to me for months. I didn't really know what to do with them so I pawned them off on you. But I know you don't have class tomorrow...so how would you like a tour of the city? And then good date permitting...my apartment. Because I fell a good 80 years ago and had never thought twice about anything...but you. You made me stop and think...and I've actually had you on my mind a lot. That isn't normal for me so I figured maybe the gods were trying to make things a little better after everything...so what do you say?" He wasn't drunk. Kanon didn't drink. It was stupid and useless...especially when he had heroine.

Miku blanked out all the rest as soon as he heard the word date... even the trip ending at his apartment went straight over his head. He was going to get to spend time with Kanon! It took everything he had to not jump around and just be a total dork. So he settled for grinning like an idiot and nodding, "Sure! I'm not busy anymore since my new club went home drunk." Sitting up from the bar he waited for Kanon and walked out with him.

They were walking by his apartment when he remembered something he'd forgotten, plus he needed a shirt change, "Hey... You wanna come up for a sec? I need to grab something..." Without an answer, he took Kanon's hand and took him up to his home, his art was scattered all over the place, along with several pictures of his home and others he'd taken. "I'll be back."

He went and changed quickly, settling for a simple black printed tee before going back out to Kanon, his wallet was also now in hand. "Sorry for the detour..."

Kanon was pulled up to the apartment and when he saw the art his jaw dropped...he was amazing. Kanon didn't really know what to say to it. Miku was an amazing artist...a very wonderful one. Angels were some of the most talented people.

"No problem at all...did you do all of these? They're amazing...I might have to ask you to do some for me sometime."

Miku blushed softly... He wasn't used to people seeing his art that weren't his art teachers or peers... And Kanon liked them! "I... I did. Thank you. I'd love to do something for you." He was so happy... almost giddy.

"Ready?" He didn't know whether or not he should offer his hand... He did like holding the others after all... But when nothing happened he just accepted it and walked along side Kanon. Just enjoying his company and how much he actually knew about the city, it was so much more amusing than everyone else who'd showed him around.

Kanon walked down the street with Miku and was showing him around. Somewhere between showing him the park, getting something to drink from Starbucks, and showing him the bridge, they started holding hands. By the time they were at the bridge the two were quite close. He had him pinned against the bridge and was very close but Miku didn't seem to mind at all.

"So how do you like the city?"

They were hold hands now... and being couple like, it was great... Smiling his hands went around his waist and held him in place, "It's much more interesting with you around..." Deciding to be a bit bold he leaned up to catch his lips... He was so addicting, but he was pretty sure he'd never tell his parents about him. He'd be pulled out of the city faster than he could blink.

"But really... Everything is just more fun around you. Even if I have only met you three times." He poked his chest playfully but didn't even try to move away from him.

Kanon grinned and held him close. "Well how about we go back to my apartment and you can meet me there...and then again in the morning...and then we can meet again for breakfast...sound good? We don't even have to do anything...just be there. I actually miss having someone around...you made me miss people....physical contact. How? 80 years I've done just fine and then you come..." He wondered what power had done this...how had Miku done this to him in only three meetings.

It was a good date then... and he was going home with him! "I like that plan. I want to meet you a few more times after that too..." Miku smiled innocently and took Kanon's hand once again.

"Hm... I dunno, but whatever it is I'm glad I have it... especially since it got me such a gorgeous surprise at the club..."

A quick walk and a few minutes later they were at Kanon's place, it was really cozy... and he had no problems settling in. "The apartment is as unique as the owner."

"Good..." Kanon led Miku back to his apartment with all it's...RLD look. It had some modern art too but it still was a very porno setting. He led Miku in and put his needles up...he didn't want him seeing that for some reason.

"So what would you like to do?" He moved and turned around and actually felt younger. He felt like he had before he fell.

He didn't really pay attention to what his friend was doing as he looked around the place, it was so different than his place... and he sort of liked it. What would he like to do?

"This~" He smiled playfully and pushed him back on the couch, crawled over him and hugged him. Well... cuddled, hugged, snuggle... He was just really cuddly and he liked hugging Kanon since that one time in the dressing room. Kanon was really thin, but that didn't really bother him... The only thing about Kanon that bothered Miku was his arm... it was so... bruised and scared...

Kanon smirked as Miku sat down in his lap and cuddled him. He smiled and simply held him. "I've never done this before. It's nice." It wasn't awkward. He was...comfortable. Miku had calmed him down and made things easy. How had things become easy? It wasn't...difficult.

"You are easy to hug..."

Miku smiled at him, "You're pretty easy to hug too..." How had this happened... They were so different, but they worked. Or at least he thought they did.

"Kanon... I... I like you." And it had dawned on him after leaving the brothel... and then it just kept growing until they went to the club and Kanon kissed him. Then he was sure of himself... And he was even more sure he wanted to be with him....

"Well that's good. Because I like you too." Smiling he leaned in and kissed Miku softly. He doubted it would go anywhere tonight but he was more than happy to cuddle...even if he didn't really like as an angel. He wanted to...Miku was changing him...how odd...Kanon had never felt like this before. But he liked it...and wanted to know more.

The rest of their evening had gone well, and they even met up several times after that for just random dates. Though nothing was ever said about them dating or anything per say... he was really thinking he wanted to ask him... But first he'd have to get through class, Kanon's work shift, and then getting to Kanon's house... The class was oddly quiet tonight... Some of the girls were chatting quietly... but the other girl from the clubs voice reached him... "... and he was talking to some shady guy... yes and he bought more... I know... Poor Miku..." Miku turned and looked to them, "What are you guys talking about...?" The girl came over and wrapped an arm around him... "Honey... Kanon has been supporting a heroine addiction this whole time... He--"

Miku stood and left, couldn't be... No that wasn't what those marks of his arms were from. He went straight to the club and searched for Kanon, but they said he'd left early. So that meant he was at home waiting right? Kanon was at home not doing that to himself...

Running to his apartment, Miku ran up the stairs and opened the door, his eyes searched out Kanon and found him... shooting up. "Kanon... Kanon no..."

Kanon jerked as he looked up. Shit. "It's okeh...it helps me. I thought you had class for another hour..." He almost looked ashamed of it all. But he was addicted...and he didn't want Miku to know...he was actually afraid to lose him.

"Don't be mad...I just didn't want you to look at me like you are now..." It was a look of disgust and he didn't like it there...especially directed toward him.

"Helps you... Don't be mad... And you were just going to keep hiding this from me? How could you!? Why... Is this..." His head was hanging and his fist were clenched at his sides, "It shouldn't matter how much longer I was supposed to be in class... you shouldn't be doing this... You Shouldn't be killing yourself!"

Miku finally looked up at Kanon... who was still going about his business with his addiction. He already looked so gone... Was this how their partial relationship had gotten started? Because he was so... high that he just didn't have a care?

"Whats it going to be? The drugs or me?"

"Miku...don't...please...I don't have much left....please...d-don't leave..." He looked up after he shot up. He didn't want Miku to leave...but he couldn't. The pain that he got when his withdrawls kicked in was so...painful...he couldn't take it. But Miku was...actually worth something to him. He was important and Kanon didn't want to lose him.

Not much left... not much... that meant he'd probably keep doing it... He couldn't do this... but he didn't want to give up on Kanon... He was a good person and and... "Finish all you want... I'm going home... come over when your feel you have time for me." Miku turned and walked back out... Kanon couldn't choose... And why should he make him... Sighing he walked down from the building and on down the street to his house, but a guy stopped him, "You looked troubled... I have some... ways of fixing it... Maybe you're interested?" The guy pulled out a tiny ziplock of white powder, further explaining his form of 'help'... Heroine... This was what Kanon did...

If... he did this stuff... maybe he could understand Kanon more and not be so... judgmental about it. "Alright..." The guy smirked and further explained it, the different ways to take it and how much... Once bought he went home and just... stared at everything... before finally saying fuck it and starting...

It had been two weeks... Two weeks and no Kanon... and after trying heroine the first time... he'd been itching to do it again. And after finally half way accepting that thing just weren't going to happen with Kanon... Well he decided to go ahead and do the drugs again... He hadn't been to school since that day at Kanon's and he hadn't answered his phone either... But this time... this time the drugs had a more violent effect on him. He proceeded to rip his sketch books apart and just laugh at the mess. Still laughing he stumbled to his room and fell to the floor, his head and arm rested on the bed as his wings slipped out...

Two blocks from his house the waitress that had initially told Miku about Kanon pulled the fallen to the side, "Kanon... Have you seen Miku? Like... at all? He's been missing for two weeks and he wont answer his phone..."

Kanon had sobered up...he hadn't had any heroine since that day...he finally stopped having withdrawls too...and then he found out Miku hadn't been anywhere in two weeks...uh oh. The fallen angel went to Miku's apartment and opened the door...white...white paper everywhere...and Miku....that beautiful angel...was gone. His wings were turning gray and he was high...he had shot up...the very drug he was dumped over.

"Miku what are you doing!? Miku...you dump me because of this and then you go and shoot up yourself! What are you trying to prove?....you left me because of it...and..." He'd gotten clean for him...got clean for him and then found out he went and did what he was dumped for...if that didn't make someone feel like garbage...

Miku felt his wings starting to change but just didn't care... they were only gray at the tips and the only reason it wasn't fully gray was because he still had hop in something... Kanon... Kanon was there and yelling at him... How ironic. His head lifted and looked back at him through the corner of his eyes, "You said... you didn't have much left... it felt like you were choosing the drugs..." He laid his head back down and looked away from the other, "So I figured... why not mix the two...? If you wanted me and the heroine then you could have it this way..." Tears started rolling down his cheeks as he spoke. This wasn't him... but he wanted Kanon so bad... and he couldn't have him without the heroine...

"I wanted you to be perfect like I already saw you... but it just crashed down that night..."

"I haven't done a single dose since you left. Dumping me. I wanted you but the drugs I had were too much of a temptation. I wasn't choosing the drugs...I was telling you I wouldn't buy anymore...but this...you're destroying yourself. I was already so far gone that it didn't matter anymore...but you were pure...you were still innocent. I wanted you how you were....but this...no...Miku. You destroyed everything you loved. Your art...your schooling...and I...I can't. You refused to have anything to do with me after that...and...it's not fair to me for you to do this." He was crying as he turned and left. He couldn't believe what Miku did. Dumped him because he did drugs and then went and shot up the very drug he was using...Kanon felt like it was just an excuse...that Miku didn't really want to date him anymore and that was just an easy excuse to get rid of him...and just when his heart and soul had finally melted...melted enough to get hurt.
